RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS

  • Ensure an exceptional welcome and customer service, fostering cross-selling among the product categories
  • Analyze the department’s performance and define the actions required for achieving the business objectives
  • Drive the team to exceed their KPIs
  • Be constantly up to date on market trends and share insights with relevant functions

CUSTOMER

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Strengthen customer loyalty by engaging and supporting the sales team in clienteling activities and gaining new local customers to grow department sales

TEAM

  • Train and inspire the sales staff of the department in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer services, and company procedures
  • Identify high-potential collaborators for internal development opportunities
  • Ensure effective communication and encourage information sharing and development of ad hoc briefing

RETAIL

  • Guarantee in-depth product knowledge within the department, working with the relevant functions to support product/collection training needs
  • Provide feedback and focused suggestions on department needs to the CEO
  • Guarantee the visual presentation of the department
  • Ensure efficient back-of-house organization for the department and safeguard the company’s assets, staff grooming standards must be maintained

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • At least 3 years experience in selling luxury/high qualitative product
  • A business or Retail Management degree is an advantage
  • At Least 3 years of leadership experience and proven track record of leading teams through KPIs
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the product category
  • Customer service excellence as a priority
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
  • Fluent in spoken Czech and English
