How you will contribute

  • Contribute to the overall success of the boutique through a team centric approach to client engagement
  • Provide high quality of service to customers by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the brand and products
  • Achieve personal sales goal on a monthly basis by providing exceptional service
  • Guarantee after-sales service following company standards in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Engage clients by building authentic and long-term relationships, from the welcoming moment to after-sales assistance
  • Follow the high standards of VALENTINO brand and be in charge of visual merchandising
  • Provide constant feedback on client activity and market trends
  • You will be involved in organizing events for clients

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 2-3 years of prior high-end retail experience highly preferred
  • Genuine interest and passion for fashion
  • Outstanding sense of customer service
  • Ability to achieve sales goals and create productive client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player with a pro-active attitude
  • High level of flexibility, enthusiastic approach
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to operate basic business software programs
