LBM is hiring a CLIENT ADVISOR for multibrand store THE BRANDS, PRAGUE 1.
CLIENT ADVISOR THE BRANDS (PARIZSKA)
YOUR IMPACT
- contribute to the development of sales and the achievement of common sales objectives
- welcome and advise our customers and provide the best customer service
- be proactive and bold by proposing complementary products
- be actively part of the operational life of the store: visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, inventory management
- control and respect the internal procedures and guidelines
- endorsing the brand spirit with your creativity and your sense of excellence
SKILLS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- ideally several years of experience in a comparable position (luxury is a plus)
- ability to understand and go beyond customers’ needs to provide them with the best customer experience
- taste for challenge and a team spirit
- sense of service, natural curiosity, openminded, optimism and empathy
- good interpersonal skills, ownership, empathy, and curiosity
- fluent in Czech and English
