How you will contribute

Contribute to the overall success of the boutique through a team centric approach to client engagement
Provide high quality of service to customers by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the brand and products
Achieve personal sales goal on a monthly basis by providing exceptional service
Guarantee after-sales service following company standards in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty
Engage clients by building authentic and long-term relationships, from the welcoming moment to after-sales assistance
Follow the high standards of VALENTINO brand and be in charge of visual merchandising
Provide constant feedback on client activity and market trends
You will be involved in organizing events for clients

Qualifications and Skills

At least 2-3 years of prior high-end retail experience highly preferred
Genuine interest and passion for fashion
Outstanding sense of customer service
Ability to achieve sales goals and create productive client relationships
Excellent communication skills
Team player with a pro-active attitude
High level of flexibility, enthusiastic approach
Fluent in English
Ability to operate basic business software programs
