Team Leadership – Business & Client Development – Operations

How you will contribute

You will lead and inspire the store sales team in achieving targeted sales and KPIs.
You will create a positive work environment and take part in the training, evaluation, motivation and development of the staff
You will be responsible for the boutique stock management and implement stock audits effectively
Provide high quality of service to VIC customers by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the brand and products
Follow the high standards of VALENTINO brand and be in charge of visual merchandising
Provide constant feedback on client activity and market trends
You will be involved in organizing events for clients

Qualifications and Skills

Extensive Boutique management retail experience preferably in luxury (minimum 3 years of related experience is an advantage)
Excellent management and organizational skills, natural talent for motivating and developing a team
Strong results orientation and sales skills
Excellent sense of customer service
Genuine interest and passion for fashion and styling, knowledge of current trends
High level of flexibility, enthusiastic approach
Fluent in Czech and English
Great written and verbal communication skills
